1. Pay Off Outstanding Loans: 

Use the RealCredit mobile app to pay off all outstanding loans before starting the account deletion process.

 

2. Submit Deletion Request Email:

Send an email to service@realcredittech.com from the email address linked to your RealCredit account. Include the following details:

 

Subject: Request for Account Deletion

Body: Confirm the settlement of all outstanding loans through the mobile app and express your intention to delete your account.

 

3. Confirmation and Deletion:

Your email will receive a response from our support staff in five business days. The real account deletion procedure will start as soon as it is verified.

 

 

Please be aware that once an account is deleted, there is no way to get it back, and all associated data is lost forever.
